Tracey Enos
Instructor
Tracey has over 28 years of experience in the fitness and health industry. She has been practicing Pilates since 2003 and she possess several Pilates certification, She teaches peoples of all ages and fitness levels and she specializes in corrective exercise and post rehabilitation of injuries. She has worked for a Pilates education company traveling internationally teaching and certifying others in Pilates. She has co-presented at national fitness conventions and participated in several Pilates videos. She has also owned her own studio in NYC and has extensive experience teaching on all apparatus.
Tracey has also been a certified Personal Trainer since 1991 and she holds certifications from American College of Sports Medicine as well as the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She has completed Masters level course work in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University as well as several advanced personal training programs.
As a Group Exercise Instructor, Tracey teaches several different formats, including Spinning, step aerobics, muscle conditioning, Yoga and of course, Pilates, both on the mat and apparatus.
Outside of training and Pilates, Tracey spends her free time studying the advancements in exercise, practicing yoga, boxing, cycling, rollerblading on the lakefront and spending time with family, friends and her dogs, Daisy, Spike and Poppy
